Custom Water Bottles with Your Logo

Reusable bottles are the promotional item people keep longest, because a bottle that fits a bike cage or a gym bag gets used every day rather than once. This range covers sport and bike bottles in squeeze plastic through to insulated stainless steel built for hot and cold drinks. The decision usually comes down to three things: the lid, the material, and whether the bottle has to survive a dishwasher. Those are covered below the range.

Lids decide how the bottle gets used

A push-pull lid opens one handed and suits cycling and running, but it is the lid most likely to leak in a bag. A screw cap seals properly and is the safer choice if the bottle will be carried in a backpack with a laptop. Flip-top and straw lids sit between the two and are easier for children. If you are buying for a conference where bottles go into tote bags alongside printed material, choose a screw cap and save yourself the complaints.

Plastic, aluminum or stainless steel

PET and squeeze plastic bottles are the lightest and the least expensive to ship, which matters when you are mailing to multiple sites. Aluminum feels more substantial and takes a bright finish well, but it is single wall, so a cold drink will sweat and a hot one will make the bottle uncomfortable to hold. Double wall stainless steel is the only option that genuinely holds temperature, and it is the only one worth buying if the bottle is meant as a gift rather than a giveaway.

What the decoration will and will not survive

Most bottles here are decorated by silk screen or pad print, both of which put ink on the outside surface. That ink is durable in normal use but it is not indestructible: repeated top rack dishwasher cycles will dull and eventually lift a printed logo over a year or two. If the bottle is going to a team that will run it through a dishwasher weekly, a laser engraved stainless bottle is the honest recommendation, because engraving removes material rather than adding a layer. We would rather tell you that now than replace a faded order later.

If the drink is coffee rather than water, see tumblers and mugs. For events where drinks are served on site, drinking glasses and can coolers are the usual pairing. Bottles are also commonly bundled with cooler bags for outdoor and wellness programs.
