Custom Cups with Your Logo

Cups cover the everyday end of drinkware: the thing someone grabs for a coffee on the way out, the stack behind a bar, the reusable that replaced a disposable. It is a broad category because the job is broad, and the right answer depends entirely on whether the cup is meant to last an event or a decade. The range covers reusable plastic cups, stadium and party cups, compostable and recyclable paper cups, RPET can-shaped cups, insulated travel cups, and steel camp cups. For vacuum insulated drinkware see Tumblers, for ceramic see Mugs, and for glass see Drinking Glasses.

Event cups and stadium cups

A reusable plastic stadium cup is designed to be handed out full and taken home. It is inexpensive, it is dishwasher safe on the top rack, and it ends up in a cupboard being used for years, which is an unusually good outcome for an item at this price.

The specification that matters is wall thickness. A thin cup cracks and is thrown away after one wash, which turns a reusable into a disposable with extra steps. A heavier cup costs slightly more and survives. If the goal is the cup going home and staying there, pay for the weight.

Recycled aluminum stadium cups are the current premium option and have the advantage of being infinitely recyclable and genuinely unbreakable, which matters at venues where glass and hard plastic are restricted.

Paper cups and the compostable question

Printed paper cups are working stock for cafes, events, and offices. The specification to check is the lining. A standard cup is lined with polyethylene, which makes it neither recyclable in most systems nor compostable. A plastic-free, compostable cup uses a different lining and can genuinely go into an organics stream.

Be careful with the claim. Compostable usually means commercially compostable, requiring an industrial facility, not a garden compost heap. If the venue has no organics collection, a compostable cup ends up in landfill exactly like the other one. Claiming otherwise on the cup is the kind of thing that attracts criticism rather than credit.

Double wall paper cups remove the need for a separate sleeve and give a larger, cleaner print area.

Reusable travel cups

An insulated travel cup with a lid is the item bought to replace disposables, and it only works if the recipient carries it. That means it has to fit a car cup holder, seal properly in a bag, and be easy to clean. A cup that leaks or grows a smell in the lid gasket is abandoned quickly.

Look for a lid that comes apart for washing. A one-piece lid with a hidden gasket channel is the most common reason a reusable cup stops being used.

The can-shaped cup

Can-shaped RPET cups are the current trend item and are worth understanding. They imitate the look of a drinks can, they are made from recycled PET, they are light and unbreakable, and they photograph in a way that makes them popular for events and social content. They suit casual, younger-skewing audiences and hospitality venues that want the look of glassware without the risk.

Printing and compliance

Screen printing handles spot colors on plastic, full color wrap covers the whole body, and flexographic and digital printing apply to paper cups. On reusable plastic, ask whether the print is dishwasher safe, because a printed logo that fades after a few cycles undoes the point of buying a reusable.
