Custom Tumblers with Your Logo

Tumblers sit between a disposable cup and a serious travel mug. This range covers single wall stadium and sport cups made for events and volume handouts, double wall tumblers that keep a drink at temperature and stop condensation, and stemless wine tumblers for hospitality and holiday gifting. The single biggest decision is single wall or double wall, and it has nothing to do with looks. The sections below explain what changes.

Single wall or double wall

Single wall tumblers are light, inexpensive and ideal when the cup is used once at a stadium, a conference or a company picnic and then goes home as a souvenir. They will sweat with a cold drink and they will be too hot to hold with coffee. Double wall tumblers have an air gap or vacuum between the walls, so a cold drink stays cold without wetting a desk and a hot drink can be held comfortably. If the tumbler is meant to be used daily rather than once, double wall is the only version worth buying.

Lids, straws and what actually seals

Most tumblers here ship with a press on or slider lid. Be clear with yourself about what that means: a slider lid reduces splashing, it does not make the tumbler leakproof, and it will spill if the cup goes into a bag on its side. Nothing in this category should be treated as a sealed bottle. If a recipient needs to carry a drink in a backpack, send them to bottles instead and take the small hit on unit cost rather than the complaint about a soaked laptop.

Plastic, PET and stainless

Acrylic and polypropylene cups carry bright colors and frosted finishes well and are the standard for event volume. PET is the choice where clarity matters, for example a wine tumbler that should look like glass. Stainless steel is heavier, holds temperature longest and takes laser engraving, which cannot wear off. Color changing and mood finishes are plastic only, and the effect fades with long UV exposure, so they belong at an event rather than on a sunny windowsill.

Decoration

Pad printing covers one and two color marks and is the workhorse here. Four color process handles photographic artwork and full wraps. Printed ink on plastic is hand wash safe but will dull in a dishwasher over time, so if the tumbler is going to a workplace where everything goes in the machine, choose stainless with engraving.
