Custom Table Runners and Table Covers
A printed runner or cover turns whatever table a venue gives you into your own. It is one of the cheapest ways to make a stand, a registration desk, or a buffet look deliberately set up rather than borrowed. The range covers printed satin table runners in several widths and lengths, full-length table throws, and convertible covers. Runner or full throw
A runner lies across the table and leaves the surface visible on either side. It is lighter, cheaper, and packs small, and it suits banquet tables, buffets, and registration desks where the table itself looks acceptable.
A full throw covers all four sides to the floor and hides everything stored underneath, which is what most exhibitors actually need at a trade show. Boxes under a table are what make a stand look unprepared.
Getting the size right
Measure the table before ordering. Venues supply different table sizes than they state, and six foot and eight foot tables are both common. A convertible cover adapts between sizes and removes the risk entirely.
For runners, length should allow an even drop at both ends. Order the length to match the table rather than assuming a standard.
Fabric and care
Dye sublimated polyester is the standard: colors are permanent, it resists wrinkling, and it can be washed. Satin finishes look more formal and crease more readily.
Fold rather than roll for transport, and hang the cover the night before an event. Steam rather than iron directly on satin. A creased cover undoes most of the benefit of having one. Browse the full range in Events & Trade Shows.
