Custom Messenger Bags with Your Logo

A messenger bag is carried across the body and opened without being taken off, which is why couriers used them first and why they still suit anyone moving between meetings. It sits between a briefcase and a backpack: less formal than one, more professional than the other. The range covers laptop messenger bags, cotton and canvas messengers, non-woven economy styles, and recycled rPET messengers. The flap and the strap

The flap closure is what defines a messenger bag, and the fastening decides how usable it is. A magnetic or quick-release buckle opens one-handed; a buckle that has to be threaded is undone once and then left open permanently.

The strap carries all the weight on one shoulder. A wide, padded, adjustable strap with a non-slip pad is the difference between a bag used daily and one left in a cupboard. Check the attachment points, which is where loaded bags fail.

Laptop protection

If the bag is sold as a laptop bag, check the padded compartment’s internal dimensions against the machines your recipients carry, and look for a suspended sleeve that keeps the laptop off the base of the bag. A padded pocket that reaches the bottom offers no protection when the bag is set down.

Materials and decoration

Canvas and cotton read casual and creative. Ballistic nylon and polyester are lighter and more weather resistant. Recycled rPET performs the same as polyester and supports a sourcing claim.

The flap is a large, flat, highly visible panel, which makes it one of the better print areas in bags. Screen printing and embroidery both work well.

Messenger bags suit universities and student programs, conferences, creative agencies, cycling and urban brands, and field staff carrying documents. Browse the wider range in Bags & Totes.
