Custom Portfolios and Padfolios with Your Logo
A padfolio is carried into meetings and set on the table, which puts a logo in front of exactly the people a professional is trying to impress. It is also one of the few branded items that makes the person carrying it look more prepared rather than more sponsored. The range covers zippered padfolios, junior and letter sizes, leather and cowhide portfolios, tablet-compatible folios, and ring binder portfolios. Zippered or open
A zippered padfolio closes fully, protects the contents, and holds loose papers without shedding them. It is the safer choice for anyone travelling with it.
An open folio is slimmer and quicker to use at a desk. It suits an office setting rather than a commute.
Junior size takes a small notepad and fits easily in a bag; letter size takes full pages and looks more formal. Junior is the more used size in practice, letter is the more impressive one.
What to look at
Check the pad retention, which is how the writing pad is held. A proper corner strap or clip keeps the pad flat; a slot that barely grips lets it slide out.
Check whether the pad size is standard, because a folio that only takes a proprietary refill is abandoned once the original pad is used up.
Top grain leather ages well. Low-grade bonded leather cracks at the spine within a couple of years, which is precisely when a gift should still be flattering the giver.
Decoration and audience
Debossing is the correct finish on leather, with foil stamping where color is needed and embroidery on fabric versions. Keep the mark small and on a corner.
Padfolios suit conferences and training, sales teams, professional services, senior onboarding, and university and graduate programs. Adding a good pen turns one into a complete gift. Browse related items in Office & Desktop.
