Custom Printed Mailer Boxes
A mailer box is the first thing a customer sees of an order, before the product itself. For any business shipping goods, that moment is a branding opportunity that is otherwise spent on a plain brown carton. The range covers printed corrugated mailers in several sizes, suitable for e-commerce shipping, subscription boxes, and gift dispatch. Why printed mailers earn their cost
A branded box is handled by couriers, seen by neighbors and receptionists, and opened by the customer. It also signals that the order was packed deliberately, which measurably affects how the contents are received.
The inside of the lid is the surface most often wasted. A message, an instruction, or a thank you printed there is read at exactly the moment the customer is most receptive.
Sizing and protection
Size the box to the contents. An oversized box means more void fill, higher dimensional weight, and a product rattling in transit. A box the item barely fits in offers no protection at the corners, which is where damage happens.
Corrugated grade determines crush resistance. Single wall handles most e-commerce; heavier goods need double wall.
Printing and ordering
Flexographic printing is economical at volume with a one-time plate cost. Digital printing makes short runs and seasonal designs practical with no plate charge.
Minimum order quantities are high because production is a press run rather than a decoration, and boxes take substantial storage space flat. Plan one larger order rather than frequent small ones, and check you have somewhere to put them.
Remember that dimensional weight often determines shipping cost rather than actual weight, so a smaller box frequently pays for itself.
