Custom Insulated Food Jars and Salad Jars
A food jar is one of the few promotional items that gets packed every working day. Insulated stainless steel jars keep soup, chili or oatmeal hot through the morning, and salad jars keep the dressing apart from the greens until lunch.

Getting the most from insulation
Vacuum insulation slows heat loss; it does not add heat. Filling the jar with boiling water for a few minutes before adding hot food, or with ice water before cold food, noticeably extends how long the contents stay at temperature. A full jar also holds temperature longer than a half empty one.
Care and decoration
Stainless steel food jars are not microwave safe, and many lids are hand wash only, which is worth knowing before they go out as gifts. The steel body takes laser engraving well, and an engraved logo survives daily washing better than a printed one on most finishes.
