Custom Luggage Straps and Travel Accessories
A luggage strap does two jobs at once: it holds an overpacked case shut and it makes that case identifiable on a carousel full of black suitcases. Both are real problems, which is why a strap gets used on every trip rather than kept as a souvenir. The range covers adjustable luggage straps, identification and spotter accessories, and related travel attachments. Visibility is the point
Most suitcases are black, and most travelers have lifted the wrong one at least once. A brightly printed strap solves that from several meters away, which is why a bold full color design works better here than a discreet logo.
This is one of the few promotional items where making it loud is the correct design decision.
The buckle and the length
The buckle is the failing part. A cheap plastic side-release buckle cracks in cold or under strain, and a strap that fails mid-journey is worse than none. Look for a substantial buckle and reinforced stitching at the join.
The strap must be long enough to go around a large checked case with room to spare, since the whole point is the overpacked suitcase. Check the adjustment range rather than assuming.
Some straps include a small identification window, which should have a cover so a home address is not on display while the owner is away.
Who uses them
Airlines and travel agencies, hotels and resorts, conference organizers with out-of-town attendees, universities with study abroad programs, and corporate travel programs.
Printing is dye sublimation across the full length of the webbing, which gives a long, generous print area for the cost. Browse the wider range in Travel & Automotive.
