An apron is worn by the person doing the cooking, which puts a logo at the center of a kitchen, a barbecue, or a service counter. It is also one of the few branded garments that needs no sizing, since almost all of them adjust. The range covers bib aprons, waist aprons, denim and canvas styles, recycled cotton aprons, and dye-sublimated full color aprons. Bib or waist
A bib apron covers the chest and is what you want for cooking and for anything messy. It also gives the largest print area of any garment in promotional apparel.
A waist apron covers from the hips down and is the service format: pockets for a pad, a pen, and a card machine. It suits restaurants, markets, and event staff.
Fabric and decoration
Cotton and poly-cotton twill are the practical standards and wash repeatedly. Denim and canvas look more substantial and suit barbecue and artisan positioning. Recycled cotton versions perform the same and support a sourcing claim.
Look for an adjustable neck strap and long enough waist ties to knot at the front, which is how most people actually wear them.
Bib aprons take screen printing or embroidery across a large chest panel, and dye sublimation for all-over designs. These suit restaurants and food service, breweries and distilleries, cooking schools, barbecue and grill brands, markets, and fundraising events.
