Windbreaker or pullover
A lightweight windbreaker packs small, blocks wind, and sheds light rain. It is the practical choice for outdoor events and for teams working outside in mild weather.
A quarter-zip pullover is warmer, looks more deliberate, and is what most corporate programs choose because it suits an office as well as a car park.
